Knotted Root presents The Circular Lounge was the perfect spot to host my hubby’s 50th birthday. The brewer/owner, Chris, was super easy to work with, Emilie was an amazing and attentive bartender, and the beer was delicious. There was plenty of room to hang out and socialize, plus the arcade room and pool hall were a huge hit. The space also worked great for our friend’s band setup. Already planning our next event—definitely get out and support Knotted Root on Colfax, especially during construction!
